Hypothesis: Ten Peace Leaders from Trump’s Gaza Peace Plan form the foundational type for the “Covenant with the many” (Dan. 9:27). These leaders (representatives of nations) who constitute the ten leaders, are also represented by the symbolic toes/horns of Daniel’s prophecies in Daniel 2 & 7-8, and Revelation 12-13, & 17-18.
Summary: On October 7th, 2023, Hamas launched a barbaric terrorist attack against Israel from Gaza that resulted in the deaths of over 1,200 Israeli men, women, and children, as well as the kidnapping of 254, many of whom died in captivity. In the months following, Israel launched a serious and sustained war of destruction, designed to destroy Hamas as a political body and movement forever. It focused on neutralizing the Hamas leadership, support networks, tunnels, and Hamas’s ability to launch any future terrorist attacks against Israel.
This would have been entirely successful, had Arab (Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia) not funded a global political campaign of propaganda pitting the entire world against the nation of Israel, baselessly accusing them of genocide, meanwhile holding Hamas innocent for instigating the violence in the first place. Only weeks after the start of the war footing, the Biden Administration’s Secretary of State Antony Blinken began pressuring Israel to cease the fighting.
Fast-forwarding through the early parts of 2024, the US began its presidential election cycle, resulting in the miraculous election of Donald Trump, who, even before coming into office in January of 2025, started trying to negotiate a cessation of hostilities after previously siding with Israel and even supporting a successful military strike against the Khomeini regime in Iran.
As a result of months-long warfare waged by Israel in dismantling Hamas’s terror government, US President Donald Trump stepped in to broker a “Peace Plan” via his representatives, Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff. Both men have extensive business and personal relationships with key Arab figures in the Middle East, and sought to leverage that, along with US economic, military, and financial incentives, for the conflict to end, prematurely preventing Israel from entirely eradicating Hamas as an institution from modern history.
After much brouhaha and bloviation, a “20-Point Peace Plan” had emerged that was supposed to permanently end the fighting in exchange for those civilians kidnapped, as well as the remains of those who died in custody, and the dismantlement of the Hamas government. Throughout the process and following, what remained of Hamas routinely continued to violate various points of the plan. From these efforts, an international body was proposed by Trump to turn Gaza into an internationally monitored territory, governed by a “Council of Peace. ”
Trump said “the kings, the presidents, prime ministers - they all want to be on the Board of Peace.” He said it should be announced in the new year.
“It’ll be one of the most legendary boards ever. Everybody wants to be on it,” he said.
A United Nations Security Council resolution adopted on November 17 authorized a Board of Peace and countries working with it to establish a temporary International Stabilization Force (ISF) in Gaza.
The resolution, drafted by the U.S., described the Board of Peace as a transitional administration “that will set the framework, and coordinate funding for, the redevelopment of Gaza” in line with Trump’s 20-point peace plan. (Source: Reuters)
Interestingly, this has resulted in the usage of some biblical language that has caused students of Bible Prophecy's ears to perk up.
The “Board of Peace” will reportedly include approximately 10 Arab and Western leaders and will work alongside an international executive board composed of former British prime minister Tony Blair, Jared Kushner, US envoy Steve Witkoff, and other senior officials from contributing countries. With all that said, the plan has received the blessings of the United Nations and other international bodies, and several nations are interested in joining the international peacekeeping forces that would help govern a new Gaza Strip. The plan’s more specific details and parties involved were initially set to be unveiled before Christmas 2025, but now appear to be revealed in early 2026. That said, this article will precede its public unveiling and thus must remain speculative. Here is a likely roster of potential candidates:

Caveat: While the repeated and increased use of biblical names (Abraham Accords), narratives (Genesis Mission), and numerology (seven years, ten leaders, etc.) may seem to point to some impending prophetic fulfillment, it might also be a ploy from Satan to flood the world media with this type of rhetoric to make it impossible to determine what is actually prophetically significant, and what is not.
